Welcome to the 53rd Conference on Capital Markets in Real Estate

On behalf of the students, faculty, and administration of the Schack Institute of Real Estate and the NYU School of Professional Studies, it is our pleasure to welcome to the 53rd Annual Conference on Capital Markets in Real Estate. Since Schack’s founding as the Real Estate Institute in 1967, the conference has consistently served as one of the industry’s most prominent forums on the state of capital markets and investment activity. Though online, this year is no different. With more than 50 speakers and program hosts, three days of programming, and over 1,500 attendees, the 53rd conference is the largest and most impactful in our history.
